Neutral Bay
This elegant and highly resolved outdoor area consists of a wet deck pool, slate coping, a roof garden, and intricate stonework, all built to exacting standards by KMD Outdoor Construction.
The project also involved the supply and installation of stone to the three-story home – including piers, retaining and sea walls, cobblestones, and sawn slate stairs. The team relished the opportunity to work with a client and designer both focused on using the highest quality materials and finishes.
