The client, Simpsons, worked closely with the designers for the project that was completed in 2019. The result achieved is a modern fluid home with a fresh light feel.

The functional layout of the home ensures that the interior and exterior spaces flow seamlessly with a wonderful connection between the two areas. To maximize the great outdoor spaces, each unit has a covered rear deck for outdoor living. Featured landscape elements gives the homes additional character.

The end result is an aesthetically pleasing dual occupancy with individual character for each dwelling with a modern design that is sure to impress. The client is delighted with the outcome.
