New Zealand Police Scenario Village

At Holmes Construction, we were proud to be the main contractor for the development of the new Scenario Village training facility at the Royal New Zealand Police College in Porirua. This exciting project involved the construction of three unique buildings - a single-storey house, a two-storey house, and a set of three townhouses. These new facilities were designed to elevate the training experience for Police cadets and front-line officers, providing them with diverse and high-quality training opportunities.

With a successful completion in 2024, Holmes Construction delivered the project on time and to an exemplary standard. Our commitment to excellence and attention to detail ensured that the new training facility met the exacting requirements of the Royal New Zealand Police, setting a new standard for training environments. The New Zealand Police Scenario Village stands as a testament to our ability to bring innovative design concepts to life.
