With elemental design inspired by a modern Australian menu, Nine Yards provides atmospheric and nourishing refreshment in one of Melbourne’s most storied inner-city suburbs.
Golden has reimagined what was once a former stable into a destination eatery with warmth and sophistication, referencing iconic colours and materiality that encourage a subliminal journey through Australia’s highlands, lowlands and coastal plains. Versatile design transforms Nine Yards from day to night, and café to restaurant, providing an engaging experience that marries food and setting – an authentic yet modern interpretation of site and context.
