We were contacted by the customer with a particular design in mind but as the journey extended the location changed dramatically with the scope of the job moving considerably also. We moved the location of the tub for easier access and in the knowledge that the site itself would be changing in the near future we left the unit easy to disconnect and move in the future.
The tub is heated with a 5.5 Kw heat pump that will keep the running costs to around $1 a day. As time-poor customers, we set the hot tub up with Ozone going into a Degas chamber that would be the baseline for sanitation with a very small dose of Bromine to back up the ozone in case of heavy bather loads. The sanitation can be boosted with non-chlorine Oxy Shock if necessary in the same scenario.
We were unable to install the tub with a Hiab due to the location but we managed to coordinate with other trades on-site to help us put the tub into position. The tub was up and running on the same day and the result is a stunning setting for a stunning tub.
