This outstanding residence in the heart of Merivale, Christchurch is the Architects own home. Sharp clean lines and solid colour of the plaster finish, juxtaposed with natural weathered cedar provide a dynamic and pleasing aesthetic.
The clients selected our full cavity based, INTEGRA Lightweight Concrete façade system, finished with our Rockcote classico pre-coloured plaster finish. Supplied, installed and finished by hand for the ultimate end result.
This system added a level of performance, durability and aesthetic appeal to their home. The INTEGRA System is a high-performing, cavity based plaster façade which provides the home with a weather-tight envelope, while offering remarkable acoustic benefits for inner city living.
