This luxury home in the Auckland suburb of Orakei, encompassed a large selection of Accumen Shapes exterior moulding products to create this Italian Inspired Masterpiece.
Given the detailed nature of this project, Accumen Shapes were engaged by Jones Architects Ltd early on in the project to bring the homeowners vison to life alongside Lewis Build (Builders) and Allied Exteriors (Plasterers / Mouldings Installers).
Utilizing a number of Accumen Shapes exterior moulding products such as Arches, Dentils & Corbels, Columns, Cornices, Fence Caps and Balusters for Balustrades.
This project required a high level of customisation, the mouldings needed to be lightweight, yet look solid and dramatic. The Balusters for the Balustrades in particular have been designed to replicate solid concrete, they are actual lightweight mouldings installed over an engineered steel structure.
