Alterations & Additions to Residence
What work was involved
Removal of the existing roof and structure were removed to allow for a first floor addition to this home along with a renovation of living spaces and overall modern refreshments and updates.
The challange
The staircase to move from ground to first floor as a plastered spiral staircase. All details, heights, lengths and measurements came down to this piece of structure making it highly challenging and intricate.
Turnaround time
This project took a hit with the times of C19 and the person limits forced across the construction industry. We finished as soon as we could.
What was special
A mediterranean style finish was applied as a whole across this home. From materials, textures, colours and design bringing it all together to create the mediterranean feeling. Again, the spiral staircase and arched door are features of their own amongst this home.
The Result
A mediterranean home fit just for them. The clients now get to enjoy and living in their home wit the additional space they now have to suit their needs.
