Transformation of a 1-bedroom apartment into a spacious two-bedroom entertainer's haven with stunning views of Albert Park Lake, Port Phillip Bay, and the Melbourne CBD.
The brief was to turn this 1 bedroom apartment into a two-bedroom entertainer's delight. By flipping the levels to move the private spaces downstairs and then turning the upstairs area into one large entertainment space, it gave the clients the opportunity to entertain with a view.
The result is a light-filled apartment with two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, separate laundry and powder room, a beautiful Victorian Ash timber staircase and an airy open plan kitchen/dining/living area upstairs that opens up via large sliding stacker doors onto a wrap-around balcony to take in the 180-degree view of Albert Park Lake, Port Phillip Bay and the Melbourne CBD.
