introducing the Point Chevalier House, a remarkable fusion of contemporary design with a heritage 1920’s bungalow.
The property has undergone a transformative renovation, emerging as a sleek urban sanctuary located in one of Auckland's most sought-after suburbs.
The careful restoration has maintained the integrity of the existing bungalow at the front of the property, preserving its traditional facade to the street while concealing the modern alterations within.
A new rear entertainment wing, encompassing a kitchen scullery, powder room, dining area, outdoor fire feature, and a combined pool and spa, has been seamlessly incorporated into the original structure.
An elegant glass corridor serves as the bridge between the old and new, seamlessly blending traditional elements with contemporary flair.
Constructed by Intact Construction in 2023, this project stands as a testament to the impeccable taste and visionary outlook of our wonderful clients.
