Stylish and cost-effective balustrading installation for Pokeno Village Estate, ensuring compliance with council consent while enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the subdivision.
Josh Langford from Warner Fences Auckland Central West was approached by the developer of Pokeno Village Estate to supply and install balustrading for his latest project.
The balustrading was required for the subdivision to meet council consent and needed to fit within a set budget. The Classic II profile in satin black was chosen as it was a cost-effective option that still provided strength and quality while looking great. The first stage required 230 metres and the second stage an additional 75 metres. Warner's have also completed a sliding gate and various fencing jobs in the subdivision and as the development expands there is the potential for continued work. The entire project was straightforward from start to finish with Warner's having complete access to the site. Josh and his team were proud to deliver the finished project on time and on budget to the developer who was thrilled with the end result; quality and stylish balustrades that meet council consent and look great.
