Project Azure

Project Azure by Arli Homes | Bundoora | Hamptons Style Custom Home The vision for this home was deeply personal, our clients wanted to rebuild in the suburb where their children had grown up, preserving cherished memories while creating a space that would accommodate both their immediate family and large extended family during special gatherings. Rather than relocating, they chose to reimagine their home, ensuring it remained a place of warmth, connection, and tradition. Their dream was a Hamptons style home that felt both elegant and inviting, offering comfort for every family member. Functionality was paramount, with dedicated private spaces for their teenage boys and thoughtfully designed communal areas for entertaining. The home needed to balance everyday practicality with the ability to host extended family on special occasions seamlessly. Opting for a knockdown rebuild with Arli Renew, our clients embarked on a custom design journey. Presenting with pre approved plans, they collaborated closely with our team to refine the design, enhancing both functionality and cost efficiency without compromising on quality. Through our teams expertise in strategic construction and working with the client from the initial pre approved plans, we were able to provide innovative, cost-effective solutions that optimised the build while maintaining the integrity of their vision. The result is a beautifully crafted family home that embodies the essence of refined Hamptons living, tailored perfectly to the needs of its owners. https://arlihomes.com.au/
