The facade draws from the language of the existing streetscape, anchored by masonry elements and softened through careful detailing. This controlled exterior gives way to a more generous internal experience, where light, flow and spatial efficiency shape daily living. Inside, northern light is drawn deep into the plan through generous glazing and skylights, connecting open living areas seamlessly to the garden. A restrained palette of stone, oak, bronze and soft neutral tones creates cohesion throughout, supported by custom joinery, refined detailing and durable finishes selected to age gracefully. Throughout the project, close collaboration across architecture, interiors, engineering and construction ensured design intent remained intact while responding pragmatically to budget and buildability. Strategic value engineering allowed premium materials to be concentrated in high-impact areas, delivering a calm, balanced and enduring family home.
