Breathtaking Transformation: A Modern Oasis by Borges Design Nestled on the pristine shores up north, Borges Design proudly unveils its latest masterpiece – a stunning beachfront home that has undergone a remarkable metamorphosis. Tasked as the appointed contractor for this project, Borges Design took on the challenge of revitalizing and modernizing a residence frozen in the sands of time since its construction in the 1970s. Cherished Heritage, Contemporary Elegance: The objective was clear from the outset – to breathe new life into a home that had weathered the decades without a single renovation. Borges Design approached this task with creativity, skill, and an unwavering commitment to transforming the dwelling into a modern oasis while respecting its rich history. Expanding Horizons: A key element of the renovation involved adding a full master ensuite, a separate family bathroom, and the conversion of the existing rumpus and laundry areas into a luxurious guest bedroom with a complete ensuite. This thoughtful expansion not only enhances the functionality of the home but also introduces a touch of indulgence for both homeowners and guests alike. Streamlined Efficiency: Recognizing the importance of practicality, the laundry was strategically relocated to the garage, optimizing space within the main living areas. This move not only freed up valuable square footage but also contributed to the overall efficiency of the home. Contemporary Culinary Spaces: The heart of the home received a modern makeover with the introduction of a brand-new kitchen. Designed with both form and function in mind, the kitchen boasts state-of-the-art appliances, sleek surfaces, and ample storage, creating a space where culinary creativity can flourish. Underfoot Luxury: Outdated carpet flooring was replaced with contemporary timber, elevating the aesthetic appeal of all living areas . The new flooring not only contributes to the visual harmony of the home but also provides a durable and stylish foundation for daily living. Customized Storage Solutions: To ensure a clutter-free environment, Borges Design implemented bespoke built-in cabinetry throughout the home. These tailored wardrobe and storage solutions seamlessly blend with the overall design, offering both functionality and a refined aesthetic. The Result: A Timeless Masterpiece: Borges Design's meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence have culminated in the creation of a timeless masterpiece.
