The name ‘Marisol’, derived from the Spanish words for 'sea' and 'sun’, beautifully captures the essence of this stunning coastal display home by NXTgen Constructions.
With an earthy meaning reminiscent of hot summer days spent by the shore, Marisol radiates a warm beauty that is reflected across every element of the home’s design.
This project harmoniously blends natural light and inviting materials, creating a space that feels both uplifting and serene. Incorporating multiple of DECO’s aluminium building systems, all finished in the beautiful DecoWood Coastal Spotted Gum finish, further enhances the warmth appeal, adding rich textures that evoke the charm of sunlit days on the sand.
At Marisol Newport, the interplay of various DecoBatten® profiles creates striking contrasts that elevate the home's aesthetic. Picture the 50x25mm and 50x50mm QuickClick® two-piece battens adorning the garage door and facade, inviting admiration while serving their functional purpose. These applications are not only practical, they are stylish expressions that transform the exterior into a visual masterpiece.
In the alfresco area, the 50x100mm one-peice DecoBatten® serves as a stunning feature screen, blending privacy with contemporary flair. It not only defines the space but also adds an essence of sophistication that complements the overall design. And let’s not forget the DecoDeck, installed over the water and seamlessly extending the interior’s warmth into the exterior landscaping.
