Contemporary yacht-inspired residence completed in 2023, featuring coastal modern aesthetics, weatherboard and brick materials, and expansive living spaces that maximize natural light and outdoor connectivity.
Yacht is a relatively small site with Port Phillip bay glimpses which were imperative to capture when designing the home. The design uses a coastal modern aesthetic with tried and tested materials including weatherboard, lightly bagged brick & timber highlights. Internally, the home makes the most of the North/West orientation with raked living spaces and skylights, which provide a luxurious amount of volume and light, which all connect to the outdoor entertaining and pool.
