Contemporary luxury home designed for privacy and connection to nature, featuring natural timbers and rammed earth, completed in 2023 on a challenging north-facing site with a generous front setback, pool, and tennis court.
Higbury sought to utilise a difficult, undulating site in a sensible way. A north facing site allowed the design to be extremely private with a generous front setback, framing around a pool and tennis court area to the north. The design uses striking natural timbers and rammed earth to connect to the landscape, whilst still providing a sense of luxury. The home exudes luxury and a sense of privacy that is unrivalled - a holiday home that truly feels like a holiday.
