Thoughtfully designed residence tailored to client specifications, featuring optimized layout, strategic orientation, and carefully selected materials, ensuring a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality.
With the section already purchased (and what a section!) the clients approached us with a clear idea of what they wanted in terms of layout.
We assisted in fine tuning the plan and overall design of the dwelling, the height and orientation on the site, the cladding materials and liaison with their builder to ensure the project met it’s budget.
“We worked with Ben to design a house that suited our lifestyle and the result is what we had hoped for. Although we had many ideas of our own, Ben’s input was very useful in fine-tuning these and adding some elements that we had not considered. Ben was easy to work with and we appreciated his commitment to our project. Needless to say, we are delighted with the results.”
