Luxurious Remuera penthouse featuring panoramic Rangitoto views, high-end finishes, and meticulous attention to detail, expertly managed to overcome unique construction challenges for a seamless installation.
This premium Remuera penthouse apartment boasted a spectacular position with panoramic views out to Rangitoto. The owner wanted an interior to match, featuring luxury high-end products and cutting edge design.
We were onsite for early stages of construction to mark out specific details, allowances before pre-lining made installation run smoothly and efficiently.
The project did come with a number of unique challenges. Being on the top floor, access was always going to be an issue. Careful planning of crane dates, we could bring all the products up and take all the demolition down.
Attention to detail throughout the penthouse was paramount in every room to achieve the end result.
A happy client that enjoys their luxury space.
