Ninety45 were contracted to undertake the renovation of this 1930’s Bungalow. The project included interior modernisation of the existing house, basement excavation and conversion, landscaping with fire, pizza oven and outdoor kitchen and the addition of a new detached double garage with a loft. The client opted for an ‘open book’ cost plus margin contract on this project.
