We are delighted to welcome you to the transformation of this near-century-old beauty. The project began with excavation of the basement to create a new front entranceway, tandem garage, media room, bedroom, and bathroom. Its new balcony is flooded with sunlight throughout the day, creating a relaxing haven. As we move in to the interior, we are currently working on bringing new life to the floors, kitchen, bedrooms, and living room. We can’t wait to share more as the project continues to unfold.
