The design is architecturally considered, taking inspiration from the modernism era with a strong yet simplistic form.
The front facade is asymmetrical with a balance of classic black and white colour palette and the main entry redirected to side of the residence to enhance the clean aesthetic with nothing but full height fixed glazing facing the streetscape.
