Rolleston Town Centre – Te Ara Ātea banner

This $17 million library and community centre project is a landmark development for the proposed Rolleston Town Centre, situated on part of the previous Rolleston reserve. This project was designed with Warren and Mahoney (renders shown by WAM) and features strong sustainability features and linkages to the environment it resides within. The larger roading and infrastructure surrounding this development has also been engineered by TMCo.

The entire project has been fully 3D BIM modelled in Revit (including secondary structure) with seamless clash resolution through strong adoption of Revizto software. The result is a complex building, de-risked from the contractor by the highest levels of coordination.

  • Completion: 2020
  • TMCo provided the full building services, structure, energy, fire, civil and seismic design on this project.
