Located above TFI Head Office and Medallion Head Office on level 4 of our 162 Fullarton Road development are two striking and luxurious penthouses.
Each penthouse has their own uninterrupted views; one to the west for the city skyline and the other to the east for the Adelaide foothills. This was a fundamental design principle where the sprawling views are not just from the external balconies but due to the expansive floor to ceiling windows the preeminent location is experienced from the bedrooms and kitchen-living areas.
Both penthouses boast three large bedrooms, en-suites, separate main bathrooms, visitor powder rooms, and open living-kitchen-dining areas. Each penthouse is individually smart wired with Cbus controllers to ensure security but also easy connection for remote access of extensive automation (including lights, windows blinds, air con and all audio-visual devices)
The extravagant kitchens with stone benchtops and spacious living areas have natural timber floors, lofty ceilings with feature vaulted sections and premium showcase lighting. Bathrooms have feature tiling, stone vanities, free standing baths and superior quality fixtures. Both sprawling balconies have multiple sitting areas, some include outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, and televisions. And of course, who could forget the 9m lap pool!
We have assisted the client with furniture selections, fixtures and fittings selections, even the artwork is selected specifically for each apartment. We are proud to have designed and delivered these world class penthouses.
