In October 2017 Royal Auckland and Grange commenced the redevelopment of its golf course and clubhouse. This $66m project will see a new 27 hole Nicklaus Design golf course, a state of the art, classical contemporary clubhouse and a fully-fledged driving range and short-game practice area.

In 2019 we were tasked with the project of constructing the pumphouse and irrigation facility for the new golf course. Situated in the middle of the shed is a 3.5m deep wet well that is fed from a nearby lake. The water from this well is then pumped out of the entire property to irrigate and fertilise the course during the whole year.
