Ryan Residence by Reece Warnock of Warnock Architecture Ltd took out the People's Choice Award at the ADNZ | Resene Architectural Design Awards for the Otago/Southland region.

A large contemporary family home located on the Taieri Plains, its 360 views of the natural rural landscape have been embraced by Reece Warnock and are a focal point of the design.

Due to the fantastic setting, it was decided to locate the living areas to the east to maximize the views to the North, East and South. In addition, the home is wrapped in glass allowing uninterrupted views with only the feature chimney as a focal point for the fire and TV.
