Spectacularly appointed bespoke show and butlers kitchen, with twin areas for cooking and preparation are made for master chefs and entertainers. Marble clad benches and splashbacks adorn the pared back kitchens featuring Sub-Zero Wolf appliances.

Shelly Beach is a four-level complex which will have eight penthouse- quality apartments all with views towards the Auckland Harbour Bridge, Rangitoto and the city's CBD. The 1890sqm elevated site on the northern slopes of the Waitemata ridge-line on Shelly Beach Road has inspired coastal edge architecture with crafted sculptural elements. The building will feature cuts and recesses that show themselves as loggia (winter gardens) with overhanging planters and strongly defined vertical cores and walls.

A banquette features at the end of the kitchen bench with a custom boucle upholstery.
Loggias (wintergardens) feature on every level to provide a connection to the available views.

Myles Montgomery was commissioned by Vanguard & Co to produce interior compositions of the design by Ella Dallimore set within the architecture of Monk Mackenzie.

Large stone floored bedrooms provide respite from busy city life.
Indulgent ensuites featuring freestanding bathtubs and outdoor planting.
Refined double showers provide a ritualistic setting.
Panoramic views provide a backdrop to stunning open living spaces flanked by feature plastered fireplaces connecting to the adjoining loggia.
Ensuites connected to the master bedrooms provide an air of tranquillity.
Travertine and brass edge vanity provide a truth of materiality.
The eastern terrace offers panoramic views of Waitemata Harbour out to Rangitoto.
Wrap around terracing to the eastern terrace apartment provides a tranquil avenue for the apartment to open onto.
Terrace dining offers views of the Auckland Harbour bridge on the Waitemata harbour.
Eastern Terrace with open views above Westhaven Marina.
