Punctuating entry points
Shoreline Plaza received an internal and external overhaul, which created consistency within the client's portfolio of plaza shopping centres. The carpark was redesigned, enabling better access and flow, whilst the entry points to the Centre were rebuilt. Much of the work also included a behind-the-scenes review and refit of current air conditioning and air flow systems, increasing the energy efficiency and reducing ongoing running costs. Inside the plaza, an innovative carpet design was developed to assist tenants with customer flow and way finding issues.
