South 32 is a mining and metals heavy industry company headquartered in Perth, Western Australia. This project was located at UOW Innovation Campus, an internationally recognised, award-winning community.

The project involved a full de-fit of the existing workspace and safe removal of debris; using carefully considered methods to prevent any building damage during this process while adhering to the University’s strict procedures in terms of waste. Our site manager displayed quick thinking and a high level of adaptability many-a-time on this project with the discovery of some unexpected structures along the way. Despite these challenges, an immaculate result was achieved, providing a great transformation for South32 providing them with a contemporary and exciting bespoke workspace. All works were completed in 2 weeks over a 450m2 space.
