A Place to Thrive

For students to reach their highest potential, they deserve a learning environment where they can thrive. St Anne’s Catholic School was designed with this in mind.

Inspired by the indigenous local long-neck turtle, the new school’s external design features hexagon shapes found on the turtle’s shell, which also strategically forms a protective shell roof for students and faculty. Using Steeline Lokdek steel was an essential component of constructing the roof to ensure structural integrity and durability that lasts far beyond a student’s graduation.

Embodying a strong sense of place and connection to the community, the school’s new architecture reflects the future vision of education in which students thrive in a fully supported and engaging environment.
