Grand old buildings need lots of love. St Paul’s Church is the longest established church in Auckland and currently undergoing seismic re-strengthening. Kwanto was asked to estimate the cost of the long-term maintenance and improvement programme. To get funding grants the church needed accurate pricing for the works early on. Accurate pricing relies on specialist knowledge and experience in heritage construction. Having access to both meant we could pull the figures together quickly for our client.

Kwanto has expertise in costing heritage projects and over the years we have worked on several iconic buildings including the Auckland War Memorial Museum, Civic Theatre and the Auckland Town Hall.
