An urban deck with a view to envy and a client who had a vision – a vision of relaxation and luxury right at home. They dreamed big, wanting a tub large enough to host 10 people and our 7ft Plug & Play Hot Tub was perfect!  

The tub needed to be big but also whisper-quiet. That's where the Laing Circ pump came into play, ensuring serene soakings without disturbing the peace. With a tub this size, maintaining water quality was key. For ease of maintenance and to minimise the use of chemicals, the tub was fitted with an Ozone sanitation system. A 5.5kw heat pump was also installed to keep running costs down. With WIFI capability, our client could control the tub from anywhere, ensuring the tub was all warmed up and ready to go, all at the tap of a screen. The tub was stained to match the faded deck to seamlessly integrate it with the surroundings.

The next challenge was getting a tub this big onto an urban deck with limited access. A HIAB was used to drop the tub directly into position and to get the job done as quickly as possible.

From start to finish, we made sure every detail was covered, bringing the customer's vision to life and leaving them delighted.
