Meticulous makeover

This residence underwent an extensive renovation under the design direction and project management of BYA Architects. The bathroom was completely rebuilt, creating an luxurious hotel feel with finishes of macrocarpa, mirror, chrome, glass and charcoal slate. The residence was partially re-roofed and extensive landscaping and decking finished the property beautifully. A full internal and external colour paint scheme was developed and implemented. The thoughtful renovations allowed the residents to fully utilise the property's inner-city qualities and spaces.
