Grand Design with a Sense of Theatre
From the moment you step inside, the home reveals its dramatic sense of scale. A grand entrance with a sweeping curved staircase leads the eye upward to a double-height void, while floor-to-ceiling wainscoting sets a tone of timeless elegance. The wainscoting, crafted using Intrim’s CR46 chair rail, IN25 inlay moulds, and CC20 concave mouldings to create a unique pattern, features in the entry way and main living areas and helps to transform these spaces into statements of depth, balance, and architectural rhythm.
Interiors Anchored by Detail
The living spaces showcase the power of thoughtful detailing to elevate design. Intrim’s SK557 skirting runs throughout the residence, anchoring each room and providing visual continuity across the open-plan layout. The result is a seamless flow from one space to the next, where clean lines are grounded by subtle yet impactful finishes.
Designed for Living, Built for Entertaining
Every aspect of the home is designed with both everyday living and spectacular entertaining in mind. Five bedrooms, including an opulent master suite with private dressing room and luxe ensuite, provide elegant retreats. The designer kitchen features a backlit marble island and premium natural stone finishes, while the home cinema, alfresco terrace, and poolside cabana create a true resort-style environment.
A Showcase of Modern Elegance
From manicured gardens framing a glassy pool to the layered interiors enhanced by Intrim mouldings, this Strathfield residence is a masterclass in contemporary design, craftsmanship, and indulgence. For designers, it demonstrates how the integration of skirting, architraves, and wainscoting can elevate a project from impressive to unforgettable.
