The Sunset Residence has been designed for a young couple in Perth’s hills on a steep site with sweeping views over the City.
The BAL-FZ rating of the property has raised complexities with the design and detailing of the building - with considerable effort required to create an interesting piece of architecture which ticks the boxes of the building regulations.
The result is a unique structure which sits comfortably within the site and maximises the engagement with the natural beauty of its environment.
The house is scheduled to commence on site in early 2023.
