Sussex Street is a timeless interpretation of a contemporary beachside dwelling designed for a growing family with two young toddlers. Reflecting its seaside location, this low-maintenance home makes a feature of sandy-textured exposed concrete, expanses of raw slatted timber and rustic landscaping. X-Bond microcement was the perfect solution for a young family, with a clean concrete look that is highly trafficable and easy to clean.
