Designed to capture the all-day sun and the sweeping ocean view. The brief was to create a compact and well-designed home that would feel secure on a stormy winter's night and open entirely to the outdoors in the summer. The covered outdoor deck acts as a second living room that can be enjoyed all year round. Alfresco dinners and drinks watching the setting sun – BLISS. With a small footprint of 81sqm, it still fits 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a generous size living/dining area. It's got everything you need and more, and when guests or family come to stay they have their own private wing to enjoy.
