ehouse® TAHI: A solar passive home designed for year-round comfort, featuring a south-facing orientation that maximizes sunlight exposure to the thermal mass of the concrete floor, ensuring no need for supplementary heating even in winter.
Like our Fairlands project this home needs no supplementary heating, even in the winter. This home has been designed based on solar passive principles. The difference with this home is that it faces south yet we were able to get the sun to shine through to the thermal mass of the concrete floor. Another very modest build yet comfort plus.
