In the Te Awamutu Renovation, NEST Interiors and Design transformed a typical white and grey home into a personalised sanctuary that truly reflects the unique style of the Derbyshire Whanau. Emphasising contemporary aesthetics, the team carefully selected interior paint and styling choices to create a warm, inviting atmosphere that balances modern sophistication with homely comfort. Completed in 2025, this project showcases our expertise in elevating everyday spaces through thoughtful colour palettes and innovative design. By focusing on interior paint and style, we turned a plain, uninspired interior into a bespoke residence that highlights the family's personality and taste, making their home both stylish and uniquely theirs.

“Working with Tonga was amazing. Her easy going nature, creative ideas, and big perspective thinking helped get our many ideas on to paper and develop plans for what next. Helping with adding a splash of colour instead of only black and creating spaces that are homely and fresh. The mood boards allowed me to see ideas clearly and helped capture the character we are trying to create. I’m excited to continue to work with Tonga over this renovation process and know that Tonga is someone I can trust with our home and ideas. Thank you so much Tonga for your help and continued support. We so appreciate it.”
