Collaborative redevelopment and design projects for Te Wānanga o Aotearoa, enhancing educational and cultural facilities across the North Island through a successful partnership with Livingstone Builders.

Our ‘Joint Venture’ partnership with the Te Wānanga o Aotearoa (TWOA) and Livingstone Builders has resulted in numerous projects being delivered throughout the north island within this successful partnership framework. TWOA projects typically include campus redevelopment works, masterplanning, alterations and extensions of existing premises alongside the design of new addition buildings, specifically catered for TWOA’s educational and cultural needs. (This project was designed and delivered by Martin Swann, DLA Architects Director - formally Chibnall Swann Team Architecture).

Professional Reviews

1 / 3

“We’ve worked with the DLA team over many years to modernise and create a strategic property asset base that reflects our clinics both as an investment, as well as a distinct advantage for our people to have a great place to work, and where our clients experience the highest level of care we can provide to their animals. "We find the DLA team to be credible, efficient, reliable and fun to work with. They have a focus on your best interests and work hard to make it a great experience.”
