Award-winning design by Nott Architects, featuring prefabricated timber units assembled on-site in the stunning high-country alpine location of Tekapo, arranged in a unique 'U' shape with glazed connection points and inviting verandas.
Nott Architects won the NZIA for Housing in Canterbury for the design of this property in Tekapo.
Because of the remoteness of this site in the high-country alpine location, this property was actually prefabricated in Timaru as timber units, then relocated and assembled onsite. I has glazed connection points, and was arranged in a 'U' shape, with verandas on the inside.
