We partnered with the homeowners after the property and initial plans were acquired, leveraging the pre-installed foundations to redefine the home's layout completely.
Confronted with the challenge of a shallow-depth plot, we creatively utilized the side yard to develop versatile entertainment spaces.
A key feature of our design is the side garage door, which seamlessly transitions the garage into an extensive entertainment area, marrying functionality with aesthetic appeal.
