Surrounded by uncompromised views of Melbourne’s Port Phillip Bay, The Esplanade invokes a calm, restorative and enduring connection to its idyllic bay side location. Working within the bones of an existing late twentieth century build, this four bedroom, five bathroom family home has been reimagined with luxurious warmth and thoughtful durability. Drawing from the rich tonal beauty of the bay, organic surfaces such as natural stone and warm timber are offset by fine metal detailing, completing the sense of understated luxury.
