The Langlands Hotel banner

The Langlands Hotel is Invercargill’s newest accommodation experience. This seven-storey, 78-room, 4.5 star hotel brings contemporary style to the inner city CBD. The hotel also features parking, restaurants and bars, conference rooms, a gym, and a feature rooftop event space.

WT monitored the project budget throughout the entire design development process from concept design to detailed design stages. Comprehensive cost management and engagement with consultants ensured the project budget was maintained and monitored.

Potential cost risks were raised and reported on, and value management initiatives were adopted during the design development to mitigate budget overruns.
