Commercial Design Inspiration and Concept The commercial design concept behind the Mud Bar revolves around celebrating the connection between history, craftsmanship, and the natural world. Inspired by rustic western interiors, the space captures the essence of vintage aesthetics while incorporating modern design sensibilities. The result is a harmonious environment where natural materials, thoughtful lighting, and carefully curated details come together to offer a welcoming and intimate atmosphere for guests. Stained Glass Fold-Out Windows One of the most distinctive features of the Mud Bar is its stained glass fold-out windows. These stunning windows feature deep emerald green hues and textured glass panes that play with light, creating a dynamic and ever-changing ambience. The stained glass adds a vintage sophistication to the commercial hospitality fitout, serving as both a functional and aesthetic focal point. During the day, natural light filters beautifully through the panes, while at night, the warm interior glow reflects back through the glass, maintaining the Mud Bar’s intimate atmosphere. The fold-out mechanism offers flexibility, allowing the space to open up for fresh airflow during warmer months, while still ensuring a cozy enclosure in cooler weather. This feature perfectly encapsulates the Mud Bar’s ethos—bridging tradition with practicality.
