Introducing Tiny House at the Beach, a contemporary new build home completed in 2017 by Marlene Hudson Design. This project was all about creating lasting memories for a family with young kids. Durable finishes on the floors make it easy to clean up sandy footprints, allowing for worry-free playtime indoors and out. Bright, fun colours on the interior doors not only add a playful touch but also help 'label' rooms for easy navigation.
The bunk room shared by the four children encourages night time debriefs and close-knit family bonding. Meanwhile, Mum and Dad can relax and enjoy stunning views of the ocean or pool from their room, making weekend morning sleep-ins a luxurious treat. With the potential to expand upstairs and add more bedrooms off the separate living room, this beachside retreat offers both practicality and comfort for growing families.

We are based in the Central North Island which makes it easy for us to travel around the North Island to your site location. That's not to say we rule out working on projects in the South Island when the opportunity comes along.
