The Modern Beach House With a context-responsive level of site coverage, the dwelling is designed with a contemporary flat-roof architectural style incorporating a blend of rendered and timber cladding, complementing existing colour tones evident in the area while responding to emerging housing styles. A feature of this design inclusion of a rear ground habitable element that is drawn into the main dwelling through a central backyard setting. The ground floor includes a welcoming porch and entry, a bedroom with WIR, and an ensuite. Further down the hallway is a powder room that sits adjacent to the open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen (with WIP) with an accessible outdoor backyard and entertainment area that includes a swimming pool.
