Twin Peaks Residence by Spec Design Studio is a new build situated in the dense and leafy suburb of Rozelle. Due to the limited space, clever architectural elements were utilised to maximise the space available.

Contrasting white and gunmetal grey are complimented by warm wood materials. Our Farrago natural agglomerate marble is used in the foyer as a welcoming flooring option and fabricated into the stairwell.

Our Casablanca tiles which are inspired by Moroccan zellige ceramics are used in both bathrooms, the organic variation working well with the modern fixtures. Our Jolie range is used in the last bathroom, creating a soft and warm atmosphere with tones of grey and nude.
