EllisCo supplied and installed Window Master WCS 320 PLUS smoke control panels and Twin Quasar Dual chain drives across 5 levels. Actuators are used for smoke control as well as natural ventilation to the main atrium. Window Master WSC 320 PLUS control panels communicate with the BMS via high level BACNET ETHERNET IP and are hard wired into the fire system. Controllers allow the actuators to be modulated when controlled by the BMS. The use of these controllers reduced components required by the fire and BMS.

Products used on this project:
- Window Master WSC320 PLUS Smoke control panels
- Window Master WCA 3FB Bacnet IP Field Bus Card For WCC Plus Panel
- Ultraflex Twin-Quasar chain drives
