Bombay Hills Villa Reno

This beautiful historic villa has been a landmark to the Franklin Area for over 100 year. Originally a coach house, but in the recent years has been a wedding venue and now a beloved home. Hutton Builders took on the project of renovating this beautiful old home, which quickly turned into a home extension after the owners fell in love with a concept idea presented to them by Hutton Builders for an additional wing to be added to the house. The work began to restore this historic beauty, the old old part of the building was stripped back and re-instated to her original glory, and the new part of the home was replicated to match her vintage era. The end result, a beautiful cohesive building which looks as though she has always been there. Lance's eye for detail and experience on villa restoration really show through on this project from the structural side of the building right through to all the finishing details.
